• Absolutely! Every two weeks our menu changes with 12 brand new recipes! This way you never get bored and have constant variety!

  • All of our meals are ALWAYS 100% Gluten Free!

  • All of our meals are ALWAYS 100% Dairy Free!

  • Every menu has five 100% vegan recipes!

  • We are not certified organic but we source as many organic products as possible. Everything is made from scratch ensuring the cleanest of ingredients and best of flavor.

  • All orders placed by 7pm on Friday will be fulfilled that Sunday. Anything, after 7pm, will be for the following Sunday.

  • We cover 3 counties in Ohio (Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana) and 2 counties in Pennsylvania (Lawrence and Mercer) When you enter your address at checkout our system will let you know if you are in range!

  • All of our deliveries go out on Sunday so you can start your week fresh on Monday!

  • Our delivery drivers leave between 1-2 pm on Sunday and usually arrive back before 6 pm, your exact delivery time varies by the routes taken by your driver. Your driver will send you text updates about your order, and if you have any questions or delivery specifications you can respond back for a helpful and timely answer.

  • Not at all! When one of our drivers messages you that they are on the way just let them know where to put your goodies! We recommend you leave a cooler out, especially on those hot days if you're not going to be home.

  • Sunday between 2:00pm - 4:00pm For Monday pickup, we will reach out and set up a time for pickup. If you need to pick up your goodies earlier on Sunday just shoot us a message at info@preppedwellness.com and we will have your goodies ready for you!
