Absolutely! Our menu rotates every two weeks with 12 brand-new recipes. You’ll always have fresh options and never get bored.

Yes! All of our meals are always 100% gluten-free.

Yes! All of our meals are always 100% dairy-free.

Yes! Every menu includes five 100% vegan recipes.

We’re not certified organic, but we source as many organic ingredients as possible. Everything is made from scratch using clean ingredients for the best flavor and quality.

Delivery & Pickup

All orders placed by Friday at 7:00 PM will be delivered that Sunday. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be scheduled for the following Sunday.

We deliver to 3 counties in Ohio (Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana) and 2 counties in Pennsylvania (Lawrence and Mercer).

Once you enter your address at checkout, our system will automatically tell you if you're in our delivery zone.

All deliveries go out on Sunday so you can start your week fresh on Monday!

Our drivers leave between 12 PM and 1 PM on Sunday and typically finish all routes before 6 PM. Delivery times vary slightly based on your driver’s route.

You’ll receive text updates from your driver, and if you have any questions or special instructions, you can reply directly for quick help.

Nope! You don’t need to be home. When your driver texts you that they’re on the way, just tell them where you’d like your goodies placed.

We recommend leaving a cooler out during warmer months if you won’t be home.

Pickup is available at 907 Elm St., Youngstown, OH 44505.

Sunday pickup hours are 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
If you need an earlier pickup, just email us at info@preppedwellness.com and we’ll prepare your order.

For Monday pickups, we’ll reach out to schedule a time that works for you.
