Delivery & Pickup
When Are Order Deadlines
All orders placed by 7 pm on Friday will be fulfilled that Sunday. Anything, after 7 pm, will be for the following Sunday.
Where/What Days Do You Deliver?
We cover 3 counties in Ohio (Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana) and 2 counties in Pennsylvania (Lawrence and Mercer) When you enter your address at checkout our system will let you know if you are in range!
All of our deliveries go out on Sunday so you can start your week fresh on Monday!
What Time Should I expect My Delivery?
Our delivery drivers leave between 12 pm - 1 pm on Sunday and usually arrive back before 6 pm. Your exact delivery time varies by the routes taken by your driver. Your driver will send you text updates about your order, and if you have any questions or delivery specifications you can respond back for a helpful and timely answer.
Do I Need To Be Home For Deliveries?
Not at all! When one of our drivers messages you that they are on the way just let them know where to put your goodies! We recommend you leave a cooler out, especially on those hot days if you're not going to be home.
When/Where Do I Pickup My Goodies?
The Café located at 901 Elm St. Youngstown, OH 44505
Sunday between 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm. For Monday's pickup, we'll make sure to reach out and set up a pickup time. If you need to pickup earlier on Sunday, email us at info@preppedwellness.com, and we will have your goodies ready for you!
